Advancing Women in Coffee Value Chain Across Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Tanzania (2014–2025)

Since 2014, Sustainable Growers has been unlocking the potential of women smallholder coffee farmers by strengthening their position across the coffee value chain. Through practical training, cooperative development, market access, infrastructure investment, and global partnerships, the program has advanced thousands of women to produce exceptional specialty coffee while building stronger businesses, communities, and livelihoods.
