Since 2014, Sustainable Growers has worked alongside nearly 100 coffee cooperatives across East Africa, supporting women farmers and coffee communities to strengthen quality, build leadership, and create lasting opportunities through coffee.

Behind every cooperative is a story of resilience, collaboration, and growth. From Rwanda’s hills to Tanzania’s highlands and the shores of Lake Kivu in the Democratic Republic of Congo, these communities are transforming coffee into a pathway for sustainable development and shared prosperity.
