Our program operates as a complete, end-to-end ecosystem rooted where change begins, on the farm. At the center are women coffee producers, whose work, leadership, and lived experience guide every stage of the process. From cultivation to market access, every improvement made at farm level is intentionally designed to translate into tangible, measurable progress toward the economic independence of the women who produce the coffee.
We use the farmer field school model: small groups, hands-on learning, knowledge that transfers peer-to-peer through cooperatives. Women don’t just learn new practices, they carry them back into their communities, making each trained farmer a multiplier for the next.
We advocate for women farmers to have a seat at every table where the value of their coffee is decided. Through peer exchange, regional collaboration, and direct connections to global buyers, we strengthen market access and amplify women’s presence across the supply chain.
