Sustainable Growers advances smallholder women coffee farmers across Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Tanzania, through innovative training, supply chain visibility, and direct market access that turns expertise into lasting economic opportunity.
With the long-standing support of our founding partner, Bloomberg Philanthropies, Sustainable Growers has trained more than 76,000 women coffee farmers since 2013. Through field-based agricultural training, cooperative strengthening, and direct market linkages, we have helped increase the value of farmers’ crops by up to 40% within the first months of implementation, with impact reaching an estimated 383,000 family members across three countries.
